How are my goods sent?
We take extreme care all our goods are extremely well packaged; from an A5 calendar to our Diecast Models.
Everything is packed to ensure that there should be no water damage or damage to corners of books, calendars, or magazines.
To ensure that you receive your parcel, all goods have a tracking number, and we request a signature.
Diecast models are sent registered for that added security.
What are your business hours during the weekdays?
Eastern Standard time: Mon-Friday 8:30 am-4pm
Outside of these hours please leave a message and we will get back to you on the next business day.
Deliveries
We use Australia Post for our deliveries; please allow up to 10 working days for the goods to be delivered.
We offer an Express Service and the extra postage charge for this service will be added when you make this request. Please call us on 02 9683 1200 and we will arrange this for you as a priority.
