Forces of Valor 1:700 Scale Diecast model of the German Warship Bismarck

The Bismarck, the largest warship ever built, is best known for sinking the HMS Hood, a battlecruiser of the Royal Navy. Launched in the summer of 1940, the German battleship Bismarck was an enormous vessel weighing 50,000 tons when fully armed. The battleship was heavily armoured and had superior resistance capabilities, making it a formidable trade ship raider. However, its career was short-lived as it was sunk just two days after the Battle of the Denmark Strait by a British ship and a Swordfish biplane.
